UPDATE: 28th March, 2019, 17.00hrs, Nairobi: After being held for more than nine days, ProjectSEE founder Jonathan O'Toole's passport was finally released today, after Officer Mahommed of Kenya CID, and Officer Charity of the Terrorism Division at CID HQ cleared him of all suspicion and clarified that the arrest was procedural & at the behest/request of the F.B.I. "You have committed no crime," said Officer Mahommed in a phone call to O'Toole today. The Chief Investigator at JKIA Airport, Dr. Mugambi, went further, stating in front of O'Toole, his advocates, and U.S. Embassy welfare agents, "I apologize to you on behalf of CID, and Kenya. And, I don't usually say this, but on behalf of the government of Kenya, I welcome you to Kenya as a brother." Further discussion and perusal of the dossier sent to CID revealed that there were no charges ever filed against O'Toole, whose counsel, Advocate N.D. Mwangi, construed the STOP/ARREST order appended to his passport number as "F.B.I. persecution, harrassment, and abuse of international inter-agency protocol to illegaly jail and detain, without any charges whatsoever an American citizen on Kenyan soil." The welfare agent sent by the American Embassy in Nairobi confirmed his surprise at the fact that the Embassy was bypassed and was not informed of any lawful reason to arrest and jail O'Toole, or deprive him of his U.S. Passport for over a week.

"The FBI, not Kenya Police, are to blame for my illegal arrest, detention, and the confiscation of my U.S. Passport for over a week without charges." Those were the words of Jonathan O'Toole on Thursday morning as he sought to regain his documents, held at the behest of factions within the F.B.I., operating outside their jurisdiction on foreign soil to persecute an American citizen by proxy. "Although it wasn't fun to sleep on the floor, other than mosquito bites I am okay, and I was in no way abused or mistreated by Kenya Police or Airport staff. Everyone I met seemed eager to release me, but the FBI keep dragging their feet. Not knowing the charges against you day after day after day is the worst part. Turns out there were no charges!"

After over 24 hours detention without charges, in violation of both the Kenyan Constitution and international law, the FBI (who had promised to send a team to the Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to explain the justification for O'Toole's arrest) kept delaying the detention. Thirty-four hours after being jailed, the promised "team" from the FBI had not materialized, and O'Toole's Kenyan lawyers were on the cusp of filing a writ of HABEAS CORPUS, because neither they nor the US Embassy had been able to locate him. According to O'Toole, it was then that he was escorted from the jail, where he had slept on the floor with four other men, and taken to the airport CID Investigations office, where he again waited for hours for an FBI team that never materialized.

Chief Investigator Dr. Mugambi then called the FBI again, who backed away from their original promise to send a team, and instead promised to email a dossier on O'Toole. Hours later, when the dossier finally arrived, it contained no charges nor allegations of any crime. After being stonewalled for days, Dr. Mugambi concluded there was no justification for detaining O'Toole, who was physically released on jeopardy of 500,000 kenyan shillings immigration bond into the custody of his friend Edwin Kamau.

In the video below, O'Toole (who calls himself a "political prisoner") appeals to all "men and women of good will" to contact CID HQ and encourage them to nullify the unwarranted FBI arrest order, direct the Ministry of Immigration to honour his visa, and release his passport:

"I am being persecuted for my determination to give a voice to the preborn babies murdered by western NGOs and other abortion industry stooges. If you think corruption only exists in Africa, think again! When the FBI becomes the de facto slaver's whip for the global abortion industry, corruption has reached its most satanic depths. Abortion and sodomy are illegal in Kenya. Preborn persons deserve the same defense as born persons. My persecution represents an unlawful, extrajudicial vendetta against me," said O'Toole, whose passport remains in the custody of Kenyan Immigration, "I will appeal to CID Headquarters to investigate my detention and remove the unlawful arrest order placed at the behest of the FBI. I am a political prisoner and Kenya is not to blame. The courtesy extended between international law enforcement agencies worldwide has been abused by my political enemies to strong-arm Kenyan Police (acting in good faith) into doing to me what the FBI cannot do to US citizens on US soil."

"I am being persecuted for my determination to give the preborn babies a voice. Abortion and sodomy are illegal in Kenya. Preborn persons deserve the same defense as born persons."
